I wanted to try some extremely nutritious quinoa.

☆The ratio of water and quinoa is 2:1
☆If this is your first time having quinoa, it will probably taste a little weird, so it's a good idea to flavor with some salt, but you don't need to add the olive oil. Ingredients

  1. 100 mlQuinoa
  2. 200 mlWater
  3. 1 pinchSalt (optional)
  4. 1/2 tspOlive oil (to taste)

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the quinoa well, about 4 times.) Place into a small pot and soak in water.

  2. 2

    Optionally add salt and olive oil to the pot. Cover with a lid, turn the heat to high, and wait until it begins to boil.

  3. 3

    Once it boils, open the lid and use a spoon to draw circles around the quinoa 2-3 times. Lower the heat to low and cover with a lid again.

  4. 4

    Wait 10-15 minutes until the water has completely evaporated. Turn off the heat and let it steam for 8 minutes. Then it's done.
