Microwave Tandoori Chicken

Wash the chicken thoroughly and clean it. Drain all the water and place it in a bowl.

In a large bowl, mix the chicken with thick yogurt, all the spices, dried fenugreek leaves, ginger garlic paste, oil, lemon juice, and salt. (You can use red food color if desired.)

Mix each piece of chicken well with the marinade. Ensure all pieces are well coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.

Take the marinated chicken out of the fridge a little while before grilling.

Place the chicken pieces on a high rack and microwave grill for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, turn the chicken, brush with butter, and microwave grill for another 8 to 10 minutes on the other side.

Grill all the chicken pieces in the same way. Serve the hot grilled chicken with salad and lemon.
