Quick veggie stir-fry with paneer and babycorn

Something quick and nutritious to eat when you are short on time and energy

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcubed paneer or tofu
  2. 1-2 cupsdiced baby corn and capsicum
  3. 1onion, sliced
  4. 1 tablespoonsmoked paprika
  5. 1 teaspooncumin powder
  6. 1 teaspoonof
  7. Oil
  8. Salt and pepper for seasoning

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan and fry the onions until translucent

  2. 2

    Add the chopped veggies followed by paneer or tofu and and roast for few mins until slightly browned.

  3. 3

    Season with the spices and mix well and cook for another 5 to 10 mins until well seasoned.
