Steps

I used soaked chanadal(3_4hour's soaked in water). Put it in grinder jar add green chilli, black pepper.and cumin seeds.add water and grind it.

Take-out in bowl add left ingredients except oil..mix well.

Now take wok or kadhai put on gas stove add oil keep warm till it's ready for frying. Now take mixture and put on oil in small chunks.deep golden fry.

Serve hot with green chutney.
