This is a simple yet a lovely Curry made in the City. Cauliflower along with a few Tomatoes, Onions and the Lamb meat goes into making this yummy side dish that can be enjoyed at mealtimes.
Not only is it easily done, it's absolutely an excellent option. It can be enjoyed with both Rice and Rotis.
And that's not all. You can use any other Vegetable to it making it a good combination Curry. Like how I have used Green Peas in it for a yummy twist the other day for which the recipe has already been shred.
Winter Season does comes with a horde of our favourite Vegetables and Fruits adding lots of colour and fun to our everyday cooking.
Enjoy Cooking with Zeen!

Steps
- 1
Heat Oil in a pressure cooker. Saute the Onions first along with the Ginger garlic paste on a low heat. Saute it until the raw smell of the onions fade away. Simultaneously add in the spices to the Mutton bone-in pieces and mix well. Set aside until use.
- 2
Now as soon as the Onions turn translucent and are almost done, add in the marinated Mutton bone-in to the pressure cooker. Let it cook on a medium high heat for 5 minutes before closing the lid of the cooker. Add minimum water only. Pressure cook for 6-7 whistles or more accordingly.
- 3
After the pressure settles down, add Cauliflower florets to it along with the slit Green chillies. Cover and simmer until done for about 15 minutes or so. It gets done very quickly and easily as well.
- 4
Garnish with finely chopped Coriander leaves. Adjust Salt according to taste. The Curry should be semi thick. It goes well with both Rice and Rotis. Enjoy!
