Ingredients

2-3min
4-5people
  • 2 cupsemolina
  • 2 cupcurd(whisk)
  • 1 bunchspinach(palak)chopped
  • 2 tspmustard seeds
  • 2 tspchana daal
  • 2 tspurad daal
  • 6-7chopped cashews
  • 2-3 tspwater
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 2-3 tspbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a butter in a kadhai add mustard seeds,chana daal,urad daal,cashews...saute for a while

  2. 2

    Then add chopped spinach.....cook for a while

  3. 3

    Add salt and sprinkle some water....cook for more min

  4. 4

    Meanwhile in a bowl add suji,curd....mix it well and keep aside For 10 min

  5. 5

    Stir and cook the spinach....for a while

  6. 6

    Add water in a curd,semolina mixer

  7. 7

    Turn off the gas of prepared spinach.....let it cool

  8. 8

    Pour into the curd,semolina mixer..
    Mix it very well then add baking soda,again stir it well

  9. 9

    Take the moulds of idli......grease butter in every moulds

  10. 10

    Microwave it for 2-3min.....

  11. 11

    It's ready
