Tomato Onion Chutney - recipe provided

Coconut Chutney - recipe provided

Grind soaked rice, keep a little grainy texture. Make a paste of coriander + green chilli + ginger + salt and add this green paste to rice paste and mix well. We need idli batter consistency, so add water accordingly. Lastly add baking powder and mix gently.

Grease idli moulds and pour 2 -3 tbsp of batter to each mould (depending upon the size of idli mould) and steam for 10 -12 minutes.

Let it cool down a bit, then de mould.

Then serve with chutneys.
