Cara Membuat

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line an aluminium foil in a deep baking pan. (Panaskan oven di suhu 350 F. Alasi loyang dengan aluminium foil)

Mix well all the rub ingredients. (Campur rata seluruh bahan untuk membalur iga sapi)

Coat the ribs with the dry rub mixture. Knead the ribs until they are fully coated. Then let stand for 10 minutes. (Balur iga sapi dan remas-remas sampai bumbu menempel menempel. Diamkan selama 10 menit)

Mix all the barbecue sauce ingredients well, except the water. Add the water and mix until fully combined. Adjust the flavour to suit your taste. (Campur semua bahan saus barbeque kecuali air. Masukkan air dan aduk kembali sampai rata. Sesuaikan rasa sesuai selera)

Pour the barbecue sauce mixture into baking pan. Arrange the ribs in the pan with the bone side up. Use a spoon to baste ribs with the barbecue sauce. (Tuang saus barbeque ke dalam loyang. Letakkan iga sapi dengan tulang di posisi atas. Gunakan sendok untuk melumuri iga sapi dengan saus barbeque)

Cover tightly with aluminum foil or lid, bake for 3 1/2 hours. (Panggang selama 3 1/2 jam. Tutup rapat dengan aluminium foil)

Remove from the oven, uncover the lid, flip over the ribs, it is okay if the meat fall apart from from the bone. Use spoon to baste again the ribs. Then put back to oven, then bake for another 30 minutes. (Keluarkan dari oven, buka tutup loyang, balik iga sapi, tidak apa-apa jika daging lepas dari tulangnya. Gunakan sendok kembali untuk melumuri iga sapi dengan saus barbeque. Panggang kembali selama 30 menit dengan tanpa penutup loyang)
