Radish pod paneer masala

The Radish pod, found only in the winter season, is slightly spicy in taste. The Radish pod vegetable is very nice. Tomatoes, green chillies and paneer are added to make this Radish pod vegetable very tasty. Radish pod paneer masala can be served with roti, rice or paratha.

The Radish pod, found only in the winter season, is slightly spicy in taste. The Radish pod vegetable is very nice. Tomatoes, green chillies and paneer are added to make this Radish pod vegetable very tasty. Radish pod paneer masala can be served with roti, rice or paratha.
Steps

Radish pod is to be washed with clean water and cut from front to back.

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and asafoetida, then add ginger chilli paste and chopped chilli paste.

Then add chopped tomatoes and mix well.

Now add turmeric powder and coriander powder and mix well.

Then add the chopped radish pod and half a cup of water, cover with a lid and let it rise.

Now add red chilly powder, garam masala, amchoor powder and salt, mix well and cook for two minutes.

Add small pieces of paneer and finely chopped coriander and mix well.
