4-5 servings

2 cupsgrated raw gobhi
1chopped onion
2Few green chillies
as required Coriander leaves
1/2 tsp ajwain
1 pinchHing
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
to tasteSalt
1/2 tsp Garam masala
as required Wheat dough
as required Oil for paratha

Take a bowl add grated gobhi and all masala mix it well

Take lemon size of wheat dough ball
3

Fill this gobhi masala and and roll it to the rolling board and cook it on medium flame till golden brown to both sides and serve hot with chutney
