Take a pan add 2 tbsp of oil and saute chopped Cauliflower and Alu and add there turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt saute it and cook for 5mins in low and medium flame and also cover the lid.

Now bring it out to a plate then in the same hot pot again add oil now add bay leaf, green cardamom and then add masala paste, and all dry masala cook it for 2 mins then add fried cauliflower, alu and coat the masala well add little water to it and cook it for another 10 mins cover the lid.

Now check it wheather it is cooked or not now add garam masala and atta to it cook it for another 2 mins and then garnish it with coriander leaves then serve it with Paratha.
