200 gmcauliflower florets
100 gmaloo cut into thin fingers
1 tsp each jeera, haldi
2-3green chilies chopped fine
1 tbspoil

In a kadai take 1 tbsp oil, add 1 tsp jeera. when brown add chopped green chilies as per taste. Fry for a minute.

Add cauliflower florets and alu, 1tsp haldi and salt to taste. Fry on medium to low heat till done. (Sprinkle water if necessary to cook.)
