Ingredients

Makes 2 to 4 servings
  1. 1 2/3 cupsall-purpose flour (about 200 grams)
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1 tablespoongrappa
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. 1/2 tablespoonsugar
  6. 2 tablespoonsheavy cream
  7. Oil for frying
  8. Chocolate hazelnut spread (such as Nutella)
  9. 3/4 cupheavy whipping cream (about 200 grams)

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the flour and sugar together, then add the eggs, heavy cream, and grappa. Knead until you have a firm dough. Shape into a ball, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Take the dough and divide it into 12 to 15 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball, then roll out each ball into a thin sheet.

    Wrap the dough sheets around cannoli molds, sealing the edges well. Fry in hot oil on all sides until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
