Easiest snack recipe. No-boiled Lekor / Fish Sausage (Malay/Eng)

Fish flesh, garlic, salt, white pepper powder, MSG into blender. Blend with little water. (Kisar isi kan, bawang, garam, lada sula dgn sedikit air.)

In a bowl, mix tapioca starch with baking powder and blended fish till everything is well combined, and soft dough is formed. (Dalam mangkuk, campurkan tepung ubi dgn serbuk penaik dan isi ikan yg sdh dikisar hingga semua bahan sebati dan menjadi doh lembut.)

Preheat cooking oil in a pan. Fill your piping bag up with the dough. Cut the tips of piping bag with scissor. (Panaskan minyak. Masukkan doh ke dalam beg piping).

Pipe dough into hot oil about 3 inches long or as u desire and cut dough using scissor. (Paipkan doh kdlm minyak panas dlm 3 inci pjg atau ikut suka, potongkan doh yg dipaip menggunakan gunting).

At this stage, you can take out the half-cooked lekor and store it in freezer to make frozen lekor. It can lasts for 3 - 7 days. (Anda juga boleh buat lekor frozen, angkat lekor yang digoreng separuh masak, dan simpan dalam freezer. Tahan 3-7hari).

Or fry till it turns golden. (atau goreng sehingga warna keemasan).
