For stuffing : Boil the potatoes in a cooker for 3 whistles. After 3 whistles switch off the flame. Cool it and open the lid peel the potatoes and transfer to a bowl. Mashed the potatoes with masher. Then add all the dry ingredients haldi powder, red chilli powder, roasted dhania and beers powder, hing and salt..

Mix...well and knead a smooth dough. Once it is done keep aside.

For dough : Add water, oil and salt in a 'kadai'. When the water starts boiling add rice flour little by little mix well till it is dry. Once it is done transfer to a plate. Knead with palm till it is smooth in consistency.

From the dough take a Small ball make a Katori shape and stuffed the potatoes. Close the edges and make it like a idly shape.

Now it is ready to steam. Put the idly in a steamer. Steam for 5 minutes or until it is steamed properly. Once it is done.

Transfer to a serving plate. Serve...hot....Stuffed Potato Idly with peanut chutney...
