Ingredients

  • 1 poundbeet tops including the stems
  • 1/8 poundbacon
  • To taste salt and pepper
  • 1/2 stickbutter
  • To taste grated parmesan cheese

Steps

    Was the best tops. Separate the leaves from the heavy stems. Melt the butter slice the bacon cook till crispy with the stems. The stems will still be a little crunchy.

    Rough cut the leaves. Add to the pan with the stems. Cook till the greens are wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
