Caramel Peanut Bar

Dry roast peanuts on low flame for 3-4minutes.Remove skin.Keep aside.

Heat a pan add sugar, heat on medium flame till sugar is caramelized. Add butter, mix well.

Lower the heat and add cream, stir vigorously. Cook 2 minutes. Add roasted peanuts, mix well.

Transfer to a greased mold. Keep in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate pieces on a double boiler or microwave for 1 minute. Take out caramel mold from the fridge.

Pour melted chocolate over caramel-peanut. Keep in fridge to set.

Take out after setting the chocolate-caramel layer.

Cut into bars. Enjoy.
