  1. 4-5 lbPork Butt (Boston Butt)
  2. 1packet Gravy mix (Pork, Beef, Turkey or Brown)
  3. 1packet Ranch Seasoning
  4. as required Pepperoncinis or Banana Peppers,
  5. as required Garlic
  6. as per taste Salt
  7. as required Black Pepper
  8. as per tastePaprika
  9. as required Canola or Vegetable Oil, for searing

    Heat oil in pan on medium high/high til hot

  2. 2

    Cover Pork with Garlic, Salt. Pepper, and some Paprika

    Sear Pork, each side, in pan of hot oil for at least 1-2min

    Add Pork to Crockpot (slow cooker)

  5. 5

    Add packets of Gravy Mix and Ranch Seasoning to top of Pork, then add a few Pepperoncinis or Banana Peppers.

    Place the lid onto Crockpot and Cook 7 hours, or until Fork Tender.

    Plate your delicious meat atop mashed potatoes or rice, and with sides of Greens, Beans, or whatever makes you happy! Enjoy!
