Ingredients

2 cupsMilk
1/4 cupSugar
2 tablespoonsCocoa powder
1/4 cupCornflour
1/4 cupChocolate chips
as required Chopped dairy milk 2 sqaures
2 tablespoonsMelted dark chocolate
4 dropsVanilla essence
as required Chocolate vermicelli and silver sugar balls to garnish

First, heat milk in a heavy bottomed pan. Once it reaches boil on low flame, stir in cornflour and Cocoa powder each mixed in 2 tablespoon of cold milk.

From here on, keep stirring the mixture continuously. When mixture starts thickening, add in melted chocolate, sugar, vanilla and stir.

When mixture turns thick and coats the back of a spoon really well, turn off heat.

Then remove stove and cool to room temperature. Then mix choco chips so they will not melt.

Pour in serving bowls and garnish with the above-mentioned ingredients. Serve chilled. Enjoy.
