Ingredients

  • 1.flour 170g
  • 2.Sugar 170g
  • 3.margarine 120g
  • 4. Eggs 5
  • 5. Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon6
  • 6. Baking powder 2 teaspoons
  • 7. Fresh whipped cream300ml
  • 8. Additional sugar 80g

Steps

  1. 1

    1 Grease baking tin and line with baking paper.
    2. Weight all the ingredients and place them ina mixing bowl
    3. Mix all the ingredients together for 3-4 minutes until well mixed and light in consistency.
    4. Pour into a prepared tin
    5. Bake in a pre- heated oven at 180 °c
    6. Baking time 45 mins
