Pontianak Fan-Fried Bananas

This fried banana is a delicious snack to enjoy with tea, coffee, or milk in any situation. It tastes great, sweet, and crispy—highly recommended 😊.
I adapted this recipe from Mba Angken Keenan's recipe
https://cookpad.wasmer.app/id/r/14884618?i=cEusvG
But I only used white sesame seeds, not black ones 😊.
Oh, and it's best to use bananas that aren't too ripe so they're easier to split and shape into fans.
Alright, here's the recipe...

Steps
- 1
Prepare the ingredients. Split the bananas without cutting through, resembling a fan (split into 4 or 5 sections).
- 2
In a bowl, mix all ingredients except the bananas. Stir until smooth. The batter should be of medium consistency, not too thick or too thin. Next, heat the vegetable oil.
- 3
Dip the bananas into the batter, then fry until cooked or golden brown.
- 4
Once cooked, remove and drain. Serve.
