250 gmflour
as requiredWater for dough
as per taste Salt
as per taste Red chilli powder
as per taste Chaat masala
as required Leftover daal
as required Ghee

Make a soft dough by mixing flour and leftover daal with all spices
2

Heat tawa
3

Make a parantha and cook it from both sides
4

Apply ghee and make crispy parantha
5

Serve hot with tea
