Griend metthi seeds and soak in milk for half n hour
HEAT ghee in a pan fry eatable gum till itbecome doublethe size., let it cool then use any katori, glass and meshgum with it don't grindin mixer.-dry roast foxnut, let it cool and grind coarsely

Shellow fry all dryfruits, let it cool, grind coarsely
add 1 spoon ghee roast soaked fenugreek cook till it become crisp and dry.
mix all griend ingredients in flour mix well add fenugreek and cardamom powder. mix well.
heat 2 spoon ghee add jaggery stir till it melts.turn off the flame. add all dry mixed ingredients, now prepare ladooo
