Narkel Kesar Naru or Coconut Kesar Laddoo is a common sweet recipe that can be tried in any festive occasions. You can make this beforehand & preserve in an air tight container for your fasting days.
Steps

Grate the coconut. Heat ghee in a pan. Add the grated coconut. Stir well on low flame for 7-8 mins.

Add milk gradually & cook the coconut properly. Add the milk powder & kesar milk. Mix well.

Finally add sugar as per taste. Cook till the coconut is ready to form laddoos.

Take out in a bowl and let it cool a little. Grease your palms with ghee. Start making balls out of the coconut dough.

Roll each laddoo in grated coconut & sprinkle few pinches of grinded pistachios. Enjoy this special coconut Kesar laddoo anytime.
