A very easy to bake simple cupcake recipe without any frosting and garnished with dry fruit and choco chips
Steps

Preheat oven to 350˚F with the rack in the center of the oven.

In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly whisk together dry ingredients, breaking up most of the cocoa clumps.

In a second mixing bowl, whisk together wet ingredients.
- 4
Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and whisk just until the ingredients come together and no dry streaks remain. Batter will be a little loose and lumpy.

Fill each cupcake liner 2/3 full and bake at 350˚F for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Just after 10 minutes take out the rack and add chopped almonds and choco chips and continue baking again.
