1/4 cupcoconut powder
1/2 Tspdry ginger powder
1/3 Tspchaat masala
1/3 Tsproasted cumin powder
as per tasteSalt
as required Oil to shallow fry
as required Chopped spring onions to garnish

Mix all the ingredients. Divide into balls. Shape them to cutlets.

Heat oil in a pan. Shallow fry the cutlets on low flame to make them crispy. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
