Steps

Mix flour and margarine till it’s crumblike

Add all other dry ingredients and whisk to mix perfectly

Mix hot water and cold buttermilk to ensure it is lukewarm so as to activate the yeast

Mix the wet ingredient with the dry ingredients and knead till it is soft and firm
Cover and let it proof for an hour - 5
Kneed and roll out to cut to the desired shape. Fry in hot oils till it is golden brown.

Serve with spicy tea. ENJOY
