  • Carrots
  • Green pepper
  • Red pepper
  • Seasoning
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Thyme

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the rice and par boil it.

  2. 2

    In a pot, put oil and slice onion then add thyme

  3. 3

    Put water and seasoning with little salt cover and allow it to boil.

  4. 4

    Add the rice and the remaining ingredients then cover it to cook.
