Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 cup- Soya chunks
  2. 2- Capsicum
  3. 1 cup- Cabbage
  4. 2- Onion
  5. 4-5- Green chill
  6. 7- Garlic claves
  7. 1 inches- Ginger
  8. as requiredOil (frying for soya chunks)
  9. 2 tsp- Soya sauce
  10. 2 tsp- Chilli sauce
  11. 2 tsp- Tomato sauce
  12. 2 tsp- Salt
  13. 2 tsp- All-purpose flour
  14. 2 tsp- Cornflour

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a container add water boil it and add soya chunks boil for 5minutes. Remove it immediately after boiling from water. And remove excess water from soya chunks.

  2. 2

    Take a container put Boiled soya chunks, all-purpose flour, cornflour,salt,red chilli powder mix it well.

  3. 3

    Take a pan add oil for frying heat it put mixed ingredients of soya chunks fry it crispy and brown.

  4. 4

    Take a pan add 2tsp oil add chopped ginger garlic,green chilli, onions, Capsicum, Cabbage fry it well.

  5. 5

    Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce to fried ingredients mix it and cook for 2min.

  6. 6

    Add soya chunks to Manchurian gravy mix well and cook for 5min.

  7. 7

    After cooking its ready and garnish with tomato ketchup.
