Sprinkle some spices and pepper on the meat and spray on the hot tray.

Add little oil on top and be monitoring it.

Pepper and spices can be added. Monitor for about 15 minutes and use knife to cut a piece of the meat to see if it’s ready.

When ready. Serve with chilled juice with your family and loved ones.
