Arvi ko cut kar ke is mein 1 tsp salt daal kar 20 mint ke liye rakh dein

Oil mein zeera or chopped garlic daal kar mix kar 1 mint pher as may arvi daal dein or mix kar

1 mint bad as may salt, haldi, red chilli powder daal lar 2mint slow flame per cook karein

Phir is mein or dhaniya, zeera or dry methi daal kar mix kar ke as ko dum per rakh dein 5 mint
