Take a mixing bowl add in cooked brown rice and boiled potato mash together nicely, add in all the masala ingredients, rice powder, chopped onions, green chillies.. give it a good mix...

Heat up oil in a deep broad sauce pan for shallow frying..grease your palm with oil make round cutlets.. keep it little thin than usual cutlets to get that crispiness..

Shallow fry them both sides until gets golden brown colour.. and your done... Enjoy your healthy, tasty cutlets... !!
