Ingredients

10 minutes.
4 servings
  1. 20-25Parboiled Baby potatoes
  2. 2 tablespoonsOlive oil
  3. as per taste Salt, pepper
  4. as required Thyme and rosemary (dried) to sprinkle
  5. as required Paprika to sprinkle
  6. 2 tspGrated garlic

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes.

    Preheat oven at
    200 °c. Line a baking tray with baking paper or use silicon mat.

  2. 2

    Heat olive oil in a shallow pan. Saute garlic till aromatic. Then add in the parboiled baby potatoes.

  3. 3

    Then mix in all the spices, salt and herbs till coated. Pour on the tray and arrange them flat.

  4. 4

    Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Then switch off oven, cover with foil and keep in the oven for some time. Then brush with butter on top.

    Now enjoy the baked potatoes with favourite meal.
