Ingredients

  • 1Sponge cake (Check Previous recipe)
  • 150 gIcing Sugar
  • 2 TbspButter
  • 3 TbspBoiling Water
  • 2 TbspCocoa Powerder
  • 1 CupDecadent Coconut

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut your sponge into the size you want.

    Add your butter, icing sugar and cocoa into a bowl and mix it all up.

  3. 3

    Add boiling water. If it starts to dry or thicken during the dipping process, add more boiling water.

  4. 4

    Dip your sponge cake into the icing and in a separate bowl, add your coconut and roll it around in there to coat.

    Place on a rack and allow to dry for 10minutes. Bon aps!
