Cut your sponge into the size you want.

Add your butter, icing sugar and cocoa into a bowl and mix it all up.

Add boiling water. If it starts to dry or thicken during the dipping process, add more boiling water.

Dip your sponge cake into the icing and in a separate bowl, add your coconut and roll it around in there to coat.

Place on a rack and allow to dry for 10minutes. Bon aps!
