Ingredients: 400 gr cooked beans fresh or from can; 2 thick slices of sourdough bread; 1 tb oil of choice; 1 small diced onion; 1 clove garlic cruched; 250 ml passata; 4 tb barbecue sauce; 1 tb apple vinager; 1 tb (maple) syrup; 1/2 veg stock cube; Salt and pepper to taste; Some parsley for garnish

1 tboil of choice
1small diced onion
1 clovegarlic cruched
250 mlpassata
4 tbbarbecue sauce
1 tbapple vinager
1 tb(maple) syrup
1/2veg stock cube
Salt and pepper to taste
Some parsley for garnish

Cook onion and garlic in oil for about 5 min

Put in passata and a little water.

Put in sauce,syrup,vinager and stockcube.
Cook for about 10 min. You might need to put in some extra water

Meanwhile toast the bread

Put in beans and heat trough.

Put in the parsley

Put on the toast
