Add 2 tbsp hot dalda in maida and mix 10 min with palm.
now add water little by little and prepare dough.
cover and let it rest for half n hour.Add all ingredients in Mawa and mix well.
now take 1 lemon size ball from plan dough and roll 1/2'inch this roti, - 2
Cut round shape with round cutter or katori.
fill with mawa mix in the centre cover and fix with water or sata.
prepare all Gujiya like thisheat oil in deep pan, once its hot deep fry 4 gujiya at a time in low -medium flame.
