With soupmaker
Peel and chop kohlrabi, onion and potatoes and put them in a soupmaker. Add water/stock, salt and pepper and press creamy soup option. Serve and enjoy 😋

Without soupmaker
In a pot, add a little oil and cook chopped onion until translucent. Add chopped potatoes, kohlrabi, water/stock, salt and pepper and cook until veggies are soft. Then blend the soup with hand blender. Serve and enjoy 😋 You can eat it plain or sprinkled with cheese or fried onion.
