In a bowl cream oil, sugar and curd.

Now sieve maida, baking powder, baking soda.

Mix the mixture with help of milk in cut and fold method. Add vanilla essence.

Divide the batter in four parts. Add 2 drops of food colour to each bowl.

Spoon the mixture between the the paper cases. One colour at a time. Dont mix too much or the colours will run.

Bake the cup cakes in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Remove the cup cakes from the oven and transfer them to a rack and cool completely.
