Steps

Make dough in a pan add maida,salt,suji,oil rub well so that oil mixes well n knead with water to make soft dough. Cover it n rest for 1/2 _1 hour

Filling
In a pan add oil, jeera when it crackle add crushed peas - 3
Mix well add salt mix.cook for 5_10 mins till peas become soft.

Add Black salt, Red chilli powder, haldi powder, dhaniya powder, anardana powder, mix well squeeze lemon juice..
Mix well. Switch off gas n allow it to cool down. - 5
Make balls of peas n kept a side

Make ball from dough place filling n make round ball n press with light hands from all sides.

Deep fry on low flame

Your kachori is ready to serve.
