  • 1 cupFlour
  • 1/2 cupCocoa powder
  • 1/2 cupOil
  • 2 tspBaking powder
  • 21/2 tspMilk
  • 1/2 cupCastor sugar
  • 2Eggs
  • 1/4 cupAlmonds
  • 1/4 cupPistachios

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven at 180 C.

    Grease a baking pan.

    Sieve flour,cocoa and baking powder together.

    Mix in nuts.

    Beat oil,sugar,eggs and milk till light and fluffy.

    Add flour in the egg mixture.

    Mix well.

    Pour batter in the pan.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes or till done.
