Ingredients

20 minutes
5 servings
  • 7bread slices(make crumbs)
  • 4 tbsppure ghee
  • 1/2 cupor as required sugar
  • 1/2 kgmilk
  • 2green cardamom
  • 1/2 cupKhoya
  • As required nuts

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Make the crumbs of bread.
    Add ghee in wok n let it melt than add green cardamom n let it crackle..

    Now add bread crumbs n cook till it changes color. Keep on stirring
    Add in milk n stir continuously.. add in sugar n mix well cook till milk n sugar dissolves completely..

    Add in khoya n mix well..
    Cook till it leaves sides..
    Turn off the flame..

    Add some chopped nuts n mix..
    Garnish it with with some shredded khoya n nuts..
    Serve it hot..
