Vidharbha style spicy mix dal vada

Firstly take a one kg mixed dal clean n wash n soak with water over night.

In the morning strain the water with the help of strainer, now take a mixture jar add soak mixed dal into it and grind all the dal same procedure grind coarsely,

Now our dal mixture is ready, take all d above ingredients together, add inthe dal mixture ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste cumin seeds, ajwain, hing,

Mix it well and add turmeric powder, salt, curry leaves Coriander leaves.

Mix it properly, heat the kadhai pour oil, if oil is hot take a dal mixture and make a small vadas and add inthe hot oil,

And cook both d sides till crispy.

After that remove the vadas into d kitchen tissue, now our delicious healthy neutricious and tasty and yummy Vidharbha style spicy mix dal vada is ready to serve, serve hot in a serving plate and enjoy hot,
