Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 2 cupsluke warm water
  3. 1 tbsp.sugar
  4. 2 tbsp.active dry yeast
  5. 3 cupsflour
  6. 1/2 cupo
  7. 1 tsp.salt
  8. cream cheese and milk sweety for the souse
  9. Butter and brown sugar and cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a large bowl combine the step one ingredients (flour, yeast, sugar and water). Mix well, cover and let it rise in a warm place for 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    After ten minutes, add the step two ingredients (oil, remaining flour and salt) and knead well until you get a soft dough.
