Preheat oven 150C (300F)

Mix oats, honey, oil in big bowl.

Spread on oven tray with baking paper. Bake for 40-90 minutes. Until golden, check regularly.

Allow to cool so it crunches up.

Rough chop (in blender) almonds and seeds as you like.
- 6
Mix all ingredients together after letting it cool then put in air tight seal.
