  • 250 gmsFlat beans
  • 2 tspOil
  • 1/2 tspMustard seed
  • 1/4 tspUrad dal
  • 2dry red chillies
  • As Per TasteSalt
  • 2 tbspShredded coconut
  • 1/2 cupWater
  • 1 stickcurry leaves

Steps

30 mins.
  1. 1

    Take the flat beans wash them in the water two or three times and cut them into small pieces.

  2. 2

    Then heat the pan add oil, mustard seed, urad dal, dry chili cut into two pieces, curry leaf to fry it.

  3. 3

    Next, add vegetables and water, salt. close the lit on the pan cook for 5minutes.slow the heat cook it stir fry.

  4. 4

    .finally add into shredded coconuts turn off the heat.
