Air Fryer Fried Anchovies with Paprika

Today we tried cooking some frozen anchovies we had in the freezer using the air fryer. We coated them with flour, sweet paprika, and salt, and the result was fantastic.

Today we tried cooking some frozen anchovies we had in the freezer using the air fryer. We coated them with flour, sweet paprika, and salt, and the result was fantastic.

Once the anchovies are thawed and drained, prepare a mixture of salt, flour, and sweet paprika. Mix well until the flour is evenly colored.

Make sure the anchovies are cleaned (no guts or heads), then coat them in the flour, salt, and paprika mixture.

Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C) for 5 minutes.

Drizzle a little olive oil on the bottom of the air fryer basket.

Place the anchovies in the basket and drizzle a little more olive oil on top.

Set the air fryer for 15 minutes at 350°F (180°C). After 7 minutes, flip the anchovies and let them finish cooking.

Serve and enjoy.
