Ingredients

200 gRice Noodles
400 gHake Fillet, sliced
Green beans, sliced and cooked
Beans sprouts, cooked
Fried garlic
Coriander leave
1 Lime,wedged
Sugar and cayenne
Fish broth;
1 white radish, cut
1 coriander root
3 tbsps soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 black peppercorns, crushed
Rock sugar
1 l water

Steps

Boil water with coriander root, black pepper, garlic, radish, soy sauce and rock sugar. Allow them to boil. Add hake fillets, when it cook scoop up. Set aside.

Put the rice noodles into the serving bowl, top with green beans, bean sprouts and hake. Pour the soup sprinkle with coriander leaves and fried garlic. Serve with sugar, cayenne and lime for tastes.
