Ingredients

  • 1 cup Prepare for stuffing-- prepare boiled & mashed potatoes
  • as required Get 2 tbsp boiled peas get 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp dhania jeera powder
  • 1tsp red chilli
  • 1/2 TSP haldi
  • 1 tbsp Dhabeli masala
  • as required chopped coriander & salt
  • as required Prepare for coating make ready 1 tbsp maida
  • as required Get for garnish- take as required sev and tomato ketchup
  • as per needPrepare as required oil & frying

    Take a pan and add oil,add curry patta in it..add dabeli masala in it.add dhaniya powder,haldi,,red chilli powder in it.

    Add boiled peas & boiled and mashed potatoes in it and mix it.add salt and chopped coriander as per taste.take roti and cut into 2 pcs.make cone of this roti and fill this stuffing in it. In this way make all cone ready.take maida add some water and make thick slurly of it.

    Deep top part of this cone in slurly and coat it properly. Now deep fry all this cone in oil till it become nice golden on a medium heat.take some tomato ketchup in a bowl and Deep top side of cone in a tomato ketchup and coat with sev.and our roti cone is ready to serve.
