Steps

Peel off the Aloo and cut in medium pieces

Heat the ghee & oil in pan on medium flame.

Add the jeera and cook till change the color. Than add the tomato pieces and ginger garlic paste. Saute it and add the all spices ingredient. Saute it till smooth paste. Add the 1/2 cup water and mix well.

Add the Aloo pieces and mix it. Cover the pan with lid and cook till one minute on slow flame.

A tastey Jeera Aloo is ready for serve. Garnish with coriander leaves and roasted Jeera.
