Ingredients

  • 1 Cupfresh coriander.Wash,& chopped
  • 1 Cupbesan
  • 1 Cupwater.
  • 1/2 Cup buttermilk
  • as required Haldi, mirchi, powder, salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix well all ingredients except coriander.

  2. 2

    In pan add 1 t.spoon. oil.Add batter.Stir continuesly till thick.Don't make too thick.

  3. 3

    Off the gas. Add coriander. Mix properly.

  4. 4

    Pour in greased thali..Let it be cool.

  5. 5

    Cut your desire shape & shallow fry,
